This hands-on introduction provides an efficient and effective way to introduce red teaming to your organization and help your leadership understand the red teaming process, how it can be used to support your organization’s objectives and the most effective ways to use the insights developed through the red teaming process.
This two-day session begins with a brief overview of red teaming, its origins, and the cognitive psychology behind it. Then – using an appropriate, real-world strategy or plan selected by your organization – we will lead the participants through a series of red teaming exercises using a representative sample of the analytical, imaginative and contrarian techniques that make up the red teaming toolkit. Using these tools, participants will challenge the plan’s assumptions, identify hidden threats and missed opportunities, and stress-test the fundamentals of proposed strategy.
Upon completion of this program, the participants will have gained a solid understanding of how red teaming works and how this revolutionary method can be used to help your organization:
- Stress-test your strategies and strengthen your plans
- Identify hidden threats and uncover missed opportunities
- Navigate today’s complex operating environment and plan for an uncertain future
- Make better decisions
- Become one of the disruptors, rather than one of the disrupted.
